Original call to Hostetkler Irrigation was on May 8th 2017, asking them to come and provide a Quote for quarterly maintenance of my residential irrigation systemAfter many delays, all of them by ***, they finally came on Tuesday June 20thTwo people, obviously not sales people but maintenance peopleThey did not do any work and promised to provide a quote for system maintenanceInstead I got today a Bill for minutes for at $ That is not correct and it had developed into a major argument

to ensure that my sprinkler system provided full coverageTwo workers came out and went over everything and replaced a few headsAfter my
sod was installed it was discovered there were two small areas where two of the sprinkler heads were not reaching all the grassTime was important to get this repaired due to new lawn, and I was unable to meet them when they came outThe following day I discovered they had not turned the backyard valve on so I was unable to water till they came out three days laterI was shocked when I received a $billThey had replaced sprinklers when they came outI was under the assumption there were only two heads that needed replacing as I had already paid them $for the first visit and replaced heads

March 30,2016, Hostetler came to my residence to check the function of sprinklers in my yard at *** *** **Sarasota, Fl *** Shortly after Hostetler's arrival our cable t.v., internet, WiFi and land line went dead I went outside to see what might have caused the outage whereupon I learned that the Hostetler workers had severed the cable, Verizon cable, to my residence Hostetler did not call before they dug At this time I told the workers that our cable, internet and land line was dead and they acknowledged that they had cut the cable while digging I immediately called Verizon, from my daughter's cell phone, and after a lengthy waiting period I was finally told that a repair person would be out in two days I also called Hostetler's office to let them know what happenedAfter the Verizon repair man came and installed a new cable to the house, Ver

The servicemen are awesome. They fixed all the problems my previous repairman screwed up and improved other areas.
