Near the end he attempted to cancel his account and was informed again that we would pursue legal action. Without notice he paid an accumulated portion of his bill via PayPal. Since he did not pay an actual invoice it did not update our billing system. Before that could be reconciled manually our system generated a new invoice. Our system also *automatically(* sent him a notice. Without even an opportunity to resolve the manner the customer went from zero to 6mph and threat of the Revdex.com and "legal action": over $49, not $449 as he no contends. In fact his account methods and practicing are at issue here. Just because he has been invoiced, a matter easy enough to resolve, he chose to come to you. He has already been told that we are seeking late fees that were not invoiced on a global invoice because he paid manually through PayPal., You see, he has created his own issues that he now arrogantly demands that we resolve to his satisfaction.
