your site was over 3GB, we did not have a backup (please see our terms for reasons) and could not restore your site files YETIf you have your own backup of your site files, you are welcome to upload those at any time to get your site running again.Emails are currently working, but your old emails will not yet be restored, since we are not responsible for backing up emails.Now for some numbersRight now, we are moving everyone on the affected server to a brand new serverWe're about halfway doneYour site should remain up during this timeThis process will take about business days from the time of writing this.When we have everyone on the new server, we will be able to reboot the old server and restore any sites that were over 3GB, as well as old emailsThis process will take 1-business daysAt the end of this process, everything should be back to normal, and all affected accounts will be on a new server, with all files and emails intact.Currently, you should have access to your cPanel and should be able to send emailsThe only thing you will not be able to access is old emails, which will be restored by the end of the weekIf your site files were included in those over 3GB, they will be restored by Friday at the very latest.We are sorry that this happened, and worked as quickly as possible to restore everythingWe can offer you months of free hosting for the downtime you've experiencedYou may also move to another host if you believe that is what's best for you, though we do not offer pro-rated refunds, as stated in our termsPlease make the decision you believe is best for you and your company/siteThis occurrence was one-in-a-millionWe do not expect it will happen againBut we do understand how big an effect this had on our customers and their business, as it affected us in the same way
