Hostmonsta is a scam somebody should stop them. here is all the money I sent to them. They stopped communicating through their live chat and when I open another browser and contacted them they responded.Tbecause they thought I was another person to defraud. They are a cheap scam

Review: I paid hostmonsta.com $9.95 for reseller hosting over 5 days ago using my paypal account and I still do not have a working account. They took 48 hours just to get my account turned on. Once it was turned on I couldn't log in to the WHM panel... the user ID & password would not work. They also sent me the wrong Name Server info. I informed them of this in ticket #[redacted] submitted on 7/23/14 and no reply to date.They say they have data centers on their sales page in UK / US / NL but the server appears to be in India - [redacted] .I sent then support ticket asking them if they had a server in the United Sates as they advertise on their site and received no response (ticket# #[redacted]). They state on their "About Us" page hostmonsta.com/aboutus.php that they have a no questions asked 30 day refund.I asked for a refund several times as documented in ticket #[redacted] and they are now ignoring my requests and support tickets.The contact phone number on their site ###-###-####, does not work. 818 is a Los Angles area code, yet they list their address in New Jersey.I found other complaints about this company similar to my complaint; http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/wwwhostmonstacom-fraud-company-c720314...⇄ Settlement: I want a refund of $9.95
