Great company to use, my wife and I contacted Hoston Construction last week to do a last minute job that was an emergency.Hoston Construction instantly gave us their attention, they completed the job to our satisfaction .This is a great quality, honest company.They have the willingness !
Three months ago, we engaged Hoston Construction to install hardwood flooring in our hall and kitchen. After three months, they have not completed a successful installation. From day one, nearly every square foot of the floor has squeaked. In addition, the floor has begun to gap.
We have received numerous promises that they will return to correct the problems to our satisfaction. None of those promises have been kept. Phone calls and texts have not been returned. They have not corrected the installation. The contractor has proven to be highly unreliable and untruthful.
The principal presents as a very engaging and likable young man. However, he has turned out to be "long on excuses but short on follow-through." He makes grand promises, but he does not deliver. Our experience has been one of protracted frustration, aggravation, and dissatisfaction.
I STRONGLY recommend AGAINST engaging this contractor.
Dear ***,We are sorry you had such an unpleasant encounter with one of our subcontractors. We completely understand your frustration. However, we did in fact keep communication lines open and we attempted to correct the situation with you but you no longer allowed anyone inside your home to do so.
Please be sure that our original complaint against this business is re-posted. Considering how Mr. H wasted all of our time, I am, even more interested in ensuring that other consumers are warned about this organization's deceptive and underhanded practices for as long as possible. The Revdex.com is currently giving them a thoroughly undeserved A+ rating.
