Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: · Since the event is RAIN OR SHINE, every single year, HOTshould be responsible to plan ahead for RAIN OR SHINE in order to be able to deliver what was advertisedI am not satisfied with the “surprise guests” as we did not pay for surprises; we paid for what was advertisedTo you it may just be "one" performer but to a true and loyal fan that was the entire show · I understand that each year the show is scheduled for a specific amount of timeHowever, we did not enjoy “all the performances” because there were performers missingI also understand that there are fans that travel via public transportation, but there are also fans that travel by their own transportation like meAn announcement should have been made at the stadium that those using public transportation are recommended to leave to not be strandedWhile those who have their own transportation can continue to enjoy “all” the performances including advertised [redacted] · The way the entire show was handled was extremely upsetting, rude, and not a way to treat consumersMy friends and I, like many others, have been consumers of this event for several years and deserve much more respect than thisAll these responses are delivered with smart remarks that are uncalled forThe “closing” of the event was rude not just to the people who spent their hard earned money but also to the performers who were literally cut off in the middle of performingI know I deserve partial refund, even though the main event did go on, but the main event did not deliverI too am sorry that this was such a disappointment In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Approximately months ago, I contacted the radio station hot The station was hosting a contest in which the contest winner (caller 97) wins $ The contest is referred to as "hot 97's half a grand in your hand" The representative identified me as the contest winner and I gave them my information including my name, address, email address, and my telephone contact information I was told that within two to five business days I would be let known how to collect my prize In about days, I was sent the w-in the form of an email I completed the W-and returned the form to the radio station the same day via email The email requesting the w-stated 3-weeks after receipt, I would expect notification of when the check is processed and when I would be able to pick it up Weeks after sending the w - form, I had not received either a response from the radio station, or the check I attempted to contact the radio station on several instances using the email address, a

My friends and I purchased tickets totaling $for an event hosted by Hoton Sunday June *** 2016, Summer Jam We specifically purchased tickets to the event for an artist, known as Future, that they promised would perform, however, they did not deliverThe artist never came on stage at allHad they not advertised this artist, who was the headliner of the event, I would have never purchased any ticketsWe feel ripped off and disappointedThey allegedly stated that the artist did not perform due to time constraints and curfew issuesHotshould have planned accordingly in order to please the consumers and deliver what they advertisedNo explanation or apology was given to the audience for this complete disappointment
