I ordered a case from hot beat on *** After I placed the order I realized I messed up and ordered the wrong case I ended up contacting them to see if they would waive the restocking fee if I ordered a different one from them and returned the wrong one, even though it was completely my fault I talked to Mark there and he said not a problem at all All I had to do was ship it back and when he received it he billed me the difference through [redacted] *** He took car of everything I would highly recommend this place to anyone The level of professionalism I experienced with this company was amazing Thanks hot beat and keep up the awesome work

"We have received the Pioneer DDJ SR Bundle. Unfortunately, it is incomplete and no longer in the same condition. Our amazon store policy listed is 18-20% restocking fee from the refund, hence charged 19%...
to cover the original shipping, missing accessories from the bundle and repacking the unit."
Prior to the customer returning the unit, he insisted that we issue a prepaid label for this expensive bundle that he simply does not want. We strive to do excellent business practice, and this is no exception. The customer received the item in top condition with prompt delivery, but did not reciprocate when item was returned.

Review: Made a purchase from this company via [redacted] and returned all items after not needing them as they were not what I expected (Total cost $784.99) All pieces were returned and the company is refusing to issue a full refund. A partial refund of $600.00 was received but an additional #184.99 is still due. I have tried contacting them following [redacted]s guidelines and still they refuseDesired Settlement: I would like this company to refund me back the balance owed of $184.99. Thanks
