You sent in a request for us to freeze your account on a Friday evening when it clearly states in the billing companies agreement you must notify us within weeks prior the date you would like it frozen.You have spoken to [redacted] about this and she clearly told you what she could try to do for you.Please contact [redacted] Billing with the phone number you were given on the phone when you had called and they can go over your terms which you signed.Please contact [redacted] if you would like to try for us to handle this for you and so you can take this off of the Revdex.com because this is another check against us from clients not following the billing agreement in which they had signed
The membership the client signed up for was our year membershipIt is a month membership that states our billing company will charge $per month instead of the $per month because the client signed up for a year instead of just a single monthTo get the great price of $you must have payments withdrawn in months and then after the year the membership goes on a month to month basis and the client is out of contract and may cancel at anytimeThis is the reason the client was still being charged monthly because we never received the cancellation request after the month contractThis clients membership has been cancelled and I know this is an old complaint but we are just trying to resolve this issue
