I had a Standing Seam Metal Roof installed by Frogtown Roofing Plus it turned out beautifulThe crew was very respectful, they had to take off layers of shingles and remove the cedar shakeThey got that part done in one dayThey also did a great job at making sure the parking lot and yard was cleaned upI would highly recommend them

I had been talking to *** at Frogtown for several months leading up to making the final decision to replace the roof A good sized roof of about squares with many peaks and valleys I worried about getting a roofing crew that was just in it to do it as fast as they could and as quick as they could and maybe without the best attention to details I comparison shopped Frogtown and priced with a big box retailer, quizzing them about how they control the quality of their installers (who are not company employees) Big-Box advised that over a period of time they develop a relationship with a hand full of good reputable and reliable companies that have passed Big Box's screening process In conversation with Big Box I learned that Frogtown was one of Big Box's certified installers When the final decision was made to go directly with Frogtown I found them to be very competitively priced
We did a 100% Owens Corning roof and that gives me added security/confidence that due to 100% OC products used perhaps my position with the manufacture's warranty is stronger than if I had a mixed bag of manufacturers product on the roof *** company is a certified OC Installer; and I insisted that the install crew be OC certified
The crew was great Job was a full tear-off and replaceCovered about days Rain was intermittent in the forecastCrew boss' watched the weather satellites and only had exposed the amount of work before a shower that he could get covered up again before the rain arrived I hold high regard for this crew Two Boss' on the ground tightly supervising the workers on the roof I felt like "nothing gets by these bosses'" The workers might have "grumbled" but they worked the job and installed as the bosses wanted And as a result of that tight supervision, I believe I got a better final product
The crew arrived on time, got to work on time, cleaned up everyday, and when finally done they went around the house with a magnet picking up nails that were hiding in the grass
Roof was done in June 2015; I am writing this in Nov Since the install we have had some heavy heavy rains And last night we had MPH winds Thus far No Leaks and No Missing Shingles Still have the upcoming Winter months ahead, but do not anticipate any disaster's like Ice Dams, due to processes used during the install
