artificial nails be maintained every weeks to avoid fungus and to maintain themNails lift and such and thats why the average nail guests rebooks every two weeks for a fill to fill in the acrylic as the natural nail grows outThere is NEVER a guarantee with nails that they won't come off since we have no control over what happens when the guest leaves the salon-It was apparent that this guest had no intention of maintaining her nails and was looking for super nails” that would stay indefinitelyThis is just not possible and the guest will NOT be receiving a refund.Sincerley

[redacted] I am not happy with the message from Hot Heads Salon either.When the girl put my nails on she did use to different things off nail power on my nails and full set didn't last that long either.Now they say the full set only last about 2 weeks I usually go to Nail Trix Salon and my full set last more then 2 weeks there.They are suppose to make sure all my nails are dried completely too and the girl told me to put my nails infront of a fan too.Usually when I get my nails done somewhere else they put my hands under the nail dryer instead infront of a fan.Then she tells me if they are not dried completely I can hang my nails out my friend's car window to dry.I paid 40.00 to get just the tips done and 3.00 extra to get one nail repaired too.In the ad on their website online and on Facebook they had specials for nails for 18.00 too.I thought I was going to pay 18.00 but instead I paid 40.00 for a full set of nails then she was going to charge me 5.00 extra for a nail polish that dries quicker.When I could of just got my French tips and go home to do my own painting of the French tips also too.

Review: I went to Hot Heads Salon a week ago from this pass Sunday and they charged me $40.00 for a whole set on my finger nails. They did a good job on them but my fake tip nails keeps on coming off all a sudden now.Desired Settlement: It's either they repair the whole set for nothing or I want my $40.00 back that I paid to get them done. I also paid $3.00 extra to get my one nail repair too but the next two nails just fell off too.
