Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. It seems there was a misunderstanding as to how this resolution would take place. This has also been resolved. I will continue to do business with Suburban and wish to thank the Revdex.com for your assistance in resolving this matter.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

We at Suburban understand [redacted]'s concerns, he  signed an agreement with Suburban on 6/*/2003 to have the Sentricon System installed. The Agreement states there is visible termite damage, possible hidden damage, conducive conditions and evidence of the property being previously...

treated. Our Suburban representative added additional comments on the agreement for us to wood treat the sill plates, which was completed when the system was installed. A wood treatment is typically performed when termites or termite damage is present.  In March, July and September of 2004, May of 2008 and June of 2010 termite activity was found in the Sentricon system and baited for elimination as per the label.  In June of 2014 a field supervisor went to the location and observed damage to the sill plate in the same areas indicated on the original agreement. There was no live activity observed during this inspection. Several days later one of our technicians treated the repaired sill plates and box plates as well as applied a complimentary ant treatment around the perimeter. Upon receipt of this complaint we have contacted the customer and reached a mutual understanding and will continue to service the Sentricon system around his home. Sincerely, [redacted]

There is a check waiting for the customer in our main office located at [redacted] in [redacted], NY. We apologize for any miscommunication in our attempts to amicably settle this matter.

Dear [redacted].   We were surprised to receive this complaint from [redacted], we were not aware of any issues prior to your correspondence.   The customer signed up for a 60-day service for small ants on June **, 2016, the initial service visit was June **, and we performed two...

follow-up visits July * and July *. The customer called us on July ** and stated they were not happy that ants were still present and we were going back July ** to inspect and retreat.   We received the Revdex.com complaint the next day and it is unfortunate the customer did not share these complaints with us prior to taking this step. We never want anyone to feel they did not receive the service or treatment they deserved. With pest control you cannot guarantee results, you can only guarantee service and sometimes multiple visits are required to handle an infestation.   We were also unaware the customer had not received their agreement, occasionally the email is directed to a spam folder. Once informed, the agreement was sent and we apologize for any confusion this may have caused.   Since receipt of the complaint, we immediately reached out to the customer and came to a satisfactory resolution. We are a local family owned company and our reputation is everything, our customers do not need outside agencies to resolve any issues, we wish the customer could have communicated directly with us; the results would have been the same.
