Hot Point Heating & Air Conditioning

[redacted] has installed furnaces in 5 of my 7 rentals. I am been nothing but pleased with his service and great attitude towards what he does. Hot Point heating also worked out a great payment plan when a simple tune up turned into a new furnace. I know the problem was caught before we woke up cold last January. Several family members of mine now use Hotpoint and all have been very happy with the prompt service. Highly recommend A+++++

In a time of crisis it is hard to find a company that you not only trust and but feel is giving quality service and a good price. Hot Point, did just that for me and my family. I was made a priority as if I was the only customer. I was treated with respect and the communication provided to me throughout the process was great. I found Hot Point from their website, due to the current company that I was using could not figure out what was wrong with my multiple zone heating unit. My furnace was 7 years old at the time and should have still been running strong (at least in my eyes). I called and spoke to [redacted] who was more than helpful and understanding and came out that following morning. It wasn't an emergency at the time, just an issue with one zone closing when it should have been opening. [redacted] came and figured out what was wrong within a couple of minutes compared to the old company who made multiple trips out with no success. On another occasion I did have an emergency where my furnace would not stay lit and I waited through the night to call him because I felt bad to have to wake him. I did end up calling him very early in the morning and I know I woke him up but he was over in less than a half hour. When he got there he was once again very professional and told me I should have called sooner, no matter if I woke him or not. The cause for the heating emergency was due to the prior company not cleaning it properly and draining the water that builds up. That figures. The thing I couldn't believe is that I DID NOT get charged with an After Hours/ Emergency charge like most companies do! I am very happy I found Hot Point and I would recommend them to anyone! It's good to have the personal "old school" feel of the way business used to be done where your not just another number.

We needed a whole new AC unit. Hot Point came in at a fair price, and they took out the old one, installed the new one, cleaned up, explained everything to us. They even showed us what pipe / tube did what, and they were so kind and friendly! I cannot say enough good things about them. We will call them from now on!

I could not have been MORE IMPRESSED with the rapid response and extreme professionalism displayed by Hot Point Heating and Air Conditioning. My furnace went out on a Sunday and it made no difference - - they were there as if it were normal work hours. EXCEPTIONAL care and service. Hot Point Heating did an excellent job with upgrading both of my 20 year old A/C and furnace units. [redacted] was very timely and flexible in getting the job done quickly from quoting the units all the way through the install. A great job was done and now our home is comfortable and I have peace of mind with new equipment.

Excellent service! I'm a stationary engineer(retired) so I know about furnaces and what is needed to make them run right. He knew what was to done and fixed it to my satisfaction. Excellent work. I can't thank him enough.

By far the best experience we have ever had with a heating and air conditioning company. Very clean, organized, didn't try to sell me on things I did not need.
