Review: I needed some EDDM Postcards and placed an order with HotPrintsusa.com on Sun 10/20/2013 8:50 PM, Order#[redacted]. On Tue 10/22/2013 7:07 AM I requested by e-mail that the order be placed on hold due to significant changes in the designs. On Mon 11/11/2013 6:34 AM, we decided that the changes were too significant and need a complete redesign, at that point I requested the order to be canceled. I placed a call on Tue 11/12/2013 1:23 PM and left a message after no answer. Thu 11/14/2013 2:03 PM, I sent another e-mail requesting my order to be canceled and another cancellation request on Sat 11/23/2013 10:22 PM.Desired Settlement: Immediately refund $368.82.
