I am rejecting this response because Hot Ride Motors - LARS Group should cover ALL our expenses incurred in this transaction Even after Hot Ride Motors-hearing how rotten the frame was-they offered to sell it to another buyer for us I would be no part of that Eventually Brian called us and said that Hot Ride Motors would cover everything we wanted them to He said to just send an *** email message and it would be taken care of THEY LIED to us They then had the negative *** rating we gave them removed - because the total costs were higher than the auction priceThe reality is that Hot Ride Motors - *** *** sold us an unroadworthy vehicle that was unable to pass inspection, with repairs needed that costs more than the vehicle price and they should have known about the rotten frame They should also pay our initial shipping costs, notary/sales tax and mechanic's charges We also had to wire our money to them and they should have to wire the refund to our account We should not have to wait for a check in the mail I do not trust them based this terrible vehicle purchase and also my recent web search revealing a past Consumer Protection Lawsuit against Hot Ride Motors - LARS Group from Total is $which is itemized as follows: Vehicle Price @ $6700, Processing fee of $250, our Shipping of $472, Pa Sales Tax $402, Notary $163, Mechanic $ They will need to hire their own shipper to pickup vehicle They said they would refund $and have it shipped back I want a refund of $
