Do not use this company if you're looking for a driving school I have had nothing but a negative experience with them From the time my son was signed up to drive and ***s car "broke down" to the next day when *** called to say he was on the way, but never showed up or called to let me know he wasn't coming To this day, I still haven't gotten any reason whey he never came Then we were not given the signed PDL form you have to have for the drivers test and after that didn't make it in the mail, they had to meet me at the DMV the day of testing Lastly, I had to drive miles to pick up my child's driving certificate today since their mail wasn't being "delivered properly" for over a month! I have no problem mailing things, so I'm not sure why they can't get something to me in a month's time I would NEVER suggest this company to anyone!
I do not recommend this driving schoolI had teens begin the classroom instructionThe entire morning they both were texting me telling me that the instructor was not teaching them anything, in fact she was on the phone discussing her personal and social life and textingThere were no books or handouts and the instructor's laptop had a dead battery so they could not watch the YouTube videos they were told were part of the classMy children called me during their scheduled lunch and said that it was ridiculous and that they had not learned a thing for the $I had paidMy husband then called the owner, ***, to discuss the situation*** immediately got defensive and over-spoke my husband the entire conversation*** said that the DMV does not have any requirements for classroom instruction or driving time so they were meeting requirements I shortly received a phone call from my daughter and heard him yelling at the class in the backgroundIt was obvious he was speaking to my children since he specified "the sisters" in class, I heard him call them pathetic and told them that they don't deserve to ever get to drive a car and if they didn't like it to get their stuff and leaveMy husband and I immediately went and pulled them from class and demanded our money back*** still wanted to argue
In my opinion this company is one you should avoid My daughter completed the training and took the driver's test just recentlyWe paid $for the all-day class that started at and ended at With a lunch break included, they finished the class by and sat until doing nothing There were no training videos used as other young people indicated in their driver training We paid $in addition to the cost of the class for hours driving time An estimate of her total driving time with them was around hours At the last session she was not able to practice parallel parking with the barriers because she was driving during a time the DMV was using the course During her driving test, the man was extremely rude, a fact I witnessed while I was signing the paperwork He was rude to my daughter, causing her to be even more nervous than she already was She says he spent a great deal of the time on his phone during the road test and then was extremely hateful when she attempted parallel parking, including the comment when she pulled back into the DMV that she basically needed to get a move on since there was a line of cars formingWe spent over $for this very negative experience I would suggest you look around and avoid Greenville Driving School
As demanded, mailed refund check to student in *** several months agoAs of today, it has not been cashedThe student is welcome to pick up a refund check in person at our office in ***, South Carolina
Our office staff has been out of town at a conference for the past two weeksNow that we are back in the office, we are dedicated to resolving this conflict
Our instructor, ***, has made multiple attempts to contact the student, *** ***, at the phone number that we
have on file for him: (*** ***Our phone calls have not been returned.
We have placed *** with another instructor, ***, who will contact him this evening

My daughter took the class time and most of the time they just sat around. She took the first 3 hours of driving and the girl was on her phone or talking about her personal life. I will not let my daughter finish with this driving school. I wish I had looked into this school before signing my daughter up.
I did receive a $40 refund. I am not happy with how unprofessional the owner was in regards to the refund process and the fact that my son passed the drivers test that wasn't even valid or accepted by the dmv. I have accepted that there is not much I can do about it. I would be happy for my son...
to retake the test without the $40 charge in order to feel this as being resolved.
