I have been dealing with a constant battle with Hot Rod owner Jeremy *** since my car was returned to me on June 15th 2020! I had 2 issue's my speedometer glass was damaged with oil residue I texted Jeremy about it,June 16th,20' he never responded. So I drove up there and it was fixed on site. Jeremy never came out to say sorry or anything I had to deal with his wife.later I found out the whole assembly to my windshield wiper was broken, they were put on backwards so one wiper broke (driverside) when I turned them on.July 10th,20' I went to the hail shop again! And asked who replaced my windshield? He never told me, he just asked,WHY? WHAT'S WRONG'? I replied, they broke my whole wiper assembly and its going to cost over $200 to fix.He said the man who did it would fix it later that day, it never got done.So July 13th I contacted Jeremy again and told him it never got fixed. This guy named Jerry was rude and told me they didn't have time to test my wipers, and had many excuses so I told him I didn't want him working on my car! He asked for the bill, July 29th,2020 I sent it to him and no response!I told Jeremy I believe the man who worked on my car was a cheap side person due to the fact I have NO IDEA what business this Jerry guy owned or anything. I contacted Jeremy the same day,he kept telling me he would pay or his wife was going to pay but no one ever did. He was full of excuses too! I had to pay $230 to fix my own wipers. JULY 30TH,20' I told them I wouldn't bother them if they got my car fixed, it has a lifetime warranty through them! I asked for my refund even told him I would take him to small claims court. NO RESPONSE! One thing with Jeremy is that once he's paid in full and your car is back in your possession, his customer service is OUT THE DOOR! He got all the money so he feel like he doesn't have to fix what they've destroyed. I've had the run arounds for about a month now and I'm very very ticked off! BTW, this was from hail damage, my windshield was broken due to hail.

Refund All I want is my $230 refunded, NO EXCUSES! If I can't get my money back I will go to small claims court. You can't mess up people car then ignore them when they complain. And for the future when they destroy customers car's when in their care. They need to be more responsible, responsive, and professional also stop letting outside people work on customers car's.
