This was handled very poorly on the business's behalf. There was no notice given regarding my product being on backorder. Granted, it finally came in the mail two and a half months later. I will not be doing business with this vendor again.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Review: On March 23, 2015 I placed an online order for a bottle of hot sauce - standard shipping - to my home address. It's been more than a month and a half and still no product received. I've called several times trying to get an update on the status of my order, to which I am told there is a problem with their warehouse and I should get my package in a couple days. Another week has passed. I've called again and still, the same warehouse shipping issues. I've tried to call to get a refund but nobody is picking up the phone. I am going to have to call my bank to have the funds forcefully withdrawn from the vendor. Do not buy online from this company.Desired Settlement: A complete refund of the product price, tax and shipping would be expected.
