I am rejecting this response because:i can see they have continued with the lies, I have copies of all the emails and have proof that the payment was made up front for both trips due to the driver (billy) staying in the local area doing runs waiting on us to finish the job, you can see this in responses on page and of the email attachmentso you can see my frustration when they were not available immediately after the job was finished that following week.also another lie was the refund issue, at no time in any of the emails did they mention no refunds, in fact you can read on page 1, when they finally told me that they wouldn't be bringing my stuff back that they would put a check in the mail for the return trip.this is why I have reached out to the Revdex.com, they continue to lie and misrepresent themselves in this way.you should not conduct business with lies and deceit

Concerns,                                   �...⇄ 10-26-2017                       On the first of July Mike [redacted] reached out to Hot Shot Services LLC to obtain there transportation services. When he contacted the company He was given a quote of $3400.00 to take the load to Texas and a quote for $1500.00 to bring a couple of the items back when the job was complete.  When we discussed the payment arrangements he was ask to fix a cashiers check for the amount of delivery $3400.00. Mike insisted on paying for pick up and delivery at one time with the same check.. We do not do business that way just encase of situations like this happening. We stated to him in the conversation on the phone that we do not offer refunds that's why we did not want all the full amount upon pick up. On 7-31-17 Hot Shot Services LLC did pick up a complete 40' flatbed trailer load of products from Mike [redacted] at Johnson Industrial Machinery in NC and delivered the products to New Braufels, Texas on 8-3-17.  When Mike contacted us again saying that the load was ready to be picked up which the job was done within a 2 week time frame Hot Shot Services LLC did not have a load going out to Texas at the time. He was told that we would try to find a load going out that way asap. In the mean time Hurricane Harvey came in and had most of that area of Texas under water. Once all that was cleaned up and in order we still could not get down there due to our one and only truck (cause we are just now getting started) had broke down and was in the shop for over a month. He had reached out to us by phone several times and I explained to him that we could not find a load and then that our truck had broke down and told him again over the phone that we told him we did not do refunds which is why we only wanted the cashiers check amount to be for the delivery in Texas. I did tell him that I would try to get down there to get his tools as soon as I could get my truck back on the road. Well a week went by and the shop still did not have our truck fixed so I told him he needed to just find another company to pick it up that is already in the area his tools were located. I understood that his employees needed there tools. I hate this situation has came to this point but it simply comes down to the phone conversation we had when he first contacted us for our services. He was told upfront that we do not like being prepaid and we simply DO NOT do refunds. He was ask to not make the cashiers check but for the delivery cost of $3400.00 and he insisted on only doing one check for the full amount of $4900.00.                                           ...⇄ Thanks,                                                                      Bi...⇄ A. Hello,      I have received another letter from you today trying to solve the case between my company and Mike [redacted]. I just simply do not have the funds to send to them to solve this issue as of right now. Business did not work out as well as I have hoped and I am not able to send the money in full right now.
