Heritage Property Management is quite possibly the worst property management company I have worked withThey purposely ignore phone calls and emails, and they have worked with the builder of our complex to cheat us out of repairs that are owed to us with new constructionI would suggest nobody ever use this company as a property management company, as they are unprofessional and scam artists, in my opinion
Heritage Property Management is quite possibly the worst property management company I have worked with. They purposely ignore phone calls and emails, and they have worked with the builder of our complex to cheat us out of repairs that are owed to us with new construction. I would suggest nobody ever use this company as a property management company, as they are unprofessional and scam artists, in my opinion.
Completely unprofessional organization. Some of the staff are stellar but others are abominable. The good ones seem to be overworked and unsupported the bad ones untrained and unaccountable. The President CEO Gavin C[redacted] is extremely unprofessional. When contacted with questions and request to address ongoing issues (over 9 months) with our security access that is managed by our Heritage Property Manager, Mr. C[redacted] began ranting on about how his property managers do not get paid enough to deal with "complaining homeowners'. Rather than provide a solution he personally attached me saying "you look down on the help". I first responded, you do not even know me and not sure what he meant by "the help".
When asked to focus on the issue of security access, he replied yes, we will address it. He would have someone follow-up. Before hanging up, he went on to accuse me of treating my husband badly. At that point I stop talking and just listened to him go on and on with his attack. It was pretty absurd that the President of the company, whom I have never met before, decided to verbally attack me. I do not even have a husband!
