My service was terminated on Dec. 18, 2013. Company agreed, in writing, to pick up equipment and provide a refund "after the holidays." After TWO follow up emails, the provider said that they would drop off the refund and pick their equipment over a month ago. No call, email, or any contact with the firm has been made to me.
