Ive been going tanning to this place often on for a few yrs,around summer time,In April of my husband brought me the yearly package for $for my birthday present.Well on August 18,I went to the doctors for I was getting white spots on my body.The doctor calls it Pityriasis alba a skin condition,and that I need to stop tanning.So my doctor Erika H [redacted] PA-c gave me a note to take to my tanning THE HOT SPOT TAN AND SPA to let them know I can no longer go tanning cause its a health risk and to close my account,and I would like to get refund back for the time I dont get to use on my package.So it would be from August 18,till April 2017,mos I dont get to use so around $I should get backI took the note in right after I left the doctors,the guy said she is not in she will be in on friday Aug so I called back on aug 19,they said shes out till mon aug 22.on aug I talked to Melanie the owner she said "give me sometime to figure it out".So I waited again till
