I requested service on my hot tubI was very specific about the problem: that it was leakingThey were aware of the age of the hot tub (a *** *** *** ***)
They came back on four separate occasions, charged me over $750.00, and never repaired the leakThey said that the hot tub had an "in-foam" leak, and that they would not repair this type of problem on such an old hot tubAfter charging me all the repair and parts fees
They refused any recourse other than to ask me to buy a new hot tub that they would discount by the price I paid for the service callsThe least expensive product they could offer me was over $When I decided that I could not afford this, I asked them to at least come take away the old hot tub at no charge to me, since they refuse to refund me anything
