Hot Springs Spa Service and Repair 320 E 10th Drive Suite K Mesa, Arizona 85210 is the worst service company we have ever had to deal with. It is too bad because we purchased a Hot Springs Hot Tub from Desert Spa in Chandler, Arizona and we like the Hot Tub. We purchased an additional accessory from them and needed service. It took over a week to get the service call from their service provider Hot Springs Service and Repair in Mesa and when they came and our guard gate made a mistake, they left without calling us and never called us. It took over another week to get the service call. I was told by Hot Spring Spa Service and Repair that they have had nothing but problems with the manufacturer's accessory. We needed another service call on the same accessory and they came out, it took a week to get the service call, and the service man within a few minutes said that he found nothing wrong with the accessory provided. He called the manufacturer and then told me that it might be a bad plug-in in wire which I would have to buy and connect. If the new wire I purchased did not fix the problem, I should call back and they would replace the transmitter which was provided by the manufacturer. The new wire I purchase worked and a new transmitter was not needed. I received a bill for $224.00. I called them and received no relief. One of the reasons the Hot Springs Service and Repair Office Manager gave me was that they did not get any of the money from the retailer for my purchases and the accessory service was not under warranty. The accessory was a new purchase in July of this year and I believe that it should have been under warranty. We were about to purchase another accessory. Sorry to say that this experience will prohibit it. A manufacturer and a retailer are only as good as their service provider. BUYER BEWARE
Worst company EVER! They should be ashamed and embarrassed at the way they do business.
After having a bad experience with them several years earlier, I decided to give them a second chance. They made me wait 10 days (same as the first go 'round) only to cancel the night before they were supposed to be there. Another no show just like years earlier. NOTHING HAS CHANGED!
