Hot Spring Spas Carson City

This Company sold me a Spa and 22 months later heater goes out. This is under 5 yr warranty. I have called [redacted] (owner) every day for 4 weeks. He keeps putting me off, he says his tech will be out next day. Nobody shows up. I call again he says there really busy and he'll have the tech come out soon. Still I wait for phone call or somebody to show up, nobody again shows up. It's been 4 weeks and no body shows up or calls me. I have also left many messages with his secretary Charlene, she says he'll call me when he gets in office. He never calls.
