Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: MrS*** did briefly inspect my vehicle and said I should turn the paint damage into my insurance companyMy truck was damaged at the Hot Stuff Car WashThe salesperson/manager/daughter said this happens all the time that people claim damage and want to sue themShe said go ahead and try! I am not going to file a claim on my insurance for damage that was caused by MrS***s car wasHe did offer me $towards the $worth of damage caused by his car wash, he obviously has accepted blame and I will be filing a lawsuit for the damage as well as my time off work and my attorney fees if he does not contact me to arrange fixing my truck.Sincerely,*** ***

 p.s. name of salespersons Janine S[redacted] and Nicholas S[redacted]  purchase price for a carwash& towel dry was $14.50 which was refunded to him. His estimate total is $3500.00 for repairs to his truck.
