I have talked to Mr. [redacted].  [redacted] and [redacted], Inc has gone out of business,  I am trying to figure how to repay him.

Review: I was told "How would you like to get rid of your cable tv bill?" I was told I could get all channels ie HBO Showtime etc even theatre movies plus local channels if I purchased a *box unit. Ater their rather fast demo I did buy 2 for $600.00. Tried to install that evening but couldn't get a good picture. Called the person who sold it to me on [redacted] who answered and told me to call support [redacted]. Told by support, [redacted] I think),I needed to purchase addtional equipment or subscribe to basic cable to get local channels. He could't resolve bad picture issue and they would check into it. I moved and didn't call till January and support said they would call back on a Monday with programing possibilities. Was also told by a woman that 4 other folks were told they could get local channels and that she "wished the sales people would stop telling people that" as they couldn't get local channels with the *box. Also the previous tech I spoke to was let go. Waited till the following Tuesday left messages and text but no response. Finally on Thursday I got hold of [redacted]. He was not very pleasant I was only told the standard response, no local channels and all sales are final. He said he would get hold of the sales person and that he was the only person who could help me. No response from either.I was missled about the product, not told about sales are final on reciept (red Flag). So unable to get any statisfaction and no response to calls or texts. Still have bad picture and of course no local channels when unit hooked up. Here's a list of other avenues I've tried that didn't pan out [redacted] (not found) [redacted]bad number) [redacted] and [redacted] These folks do trade shows please advise. I bought mine at the Christmas Bazzar in Portland, Oregon December 2015. I would like a resolution and any help you can offer. Thank you [redacted]Desired Settlement: Since these *boxes don't do what the sales folks claimed "How would you like to get rid of your cable tv bill?" unless I purchase more equipment or subscribe to basic cable to get local channels and I can't get a descent picture I want to return these units unharmed, one not even opened, and a complete refund.

Review: I purchased a swim spa with [redacted] of Hot tub warehouse at the west palm beach expo center. I did this in Feb 2015 and had 1 year to pay for the tub. I have done so and called to have tub built and delivered as he required 8 weeks notice to do so. He has not responded to calls and I have since learned that he has stolen all monies from me and others according to the factory which is [redacted] out of [redacted] Fl. I have paid him over 15,000 dollars and he is nowhere to be found. I understand he now is selling internet [redacted] for a new company called [redacted] He is associated with a homeshow company called [redacted] Homeshows. Can you help me retrieve my money? I have put in a complaint with the FBI. Thank You.

Review: We purchased a spa from them June 16, 2013.. Half the tub's jets stopped working as well as the waterfall and radio. We contacted them to come out and look at it under warranty and they said there is nothing wrong. He also stated that the waterfall and radio only has a three month warranty. This is not stated anywhere in my contract or the owner's manual. He came out to my home and looked at the tub and said that is the way it is suppose to work. I explained that this is not the way the tub worked when we got it and it stopped working only a month ago. The gentleman was rude and cursed at me on the phone and I told him I would contact the manufacturer. I looked them up online as we had when we were purchasing from them and the are an Accredited Better business company.Desired Settlement: Since half the tub does not work, the waterfall does not work, the radio does not work, we want a replacement tub.

Dear Revdex.com,Yes I did do a service call for [redacted] I was there for a tub that only one pump was working. I found it to be that some jets were turned off. Pumps working fine. I didn't know about the waterfall not working, as that is also a covered component. Unfortunately the radio and lights do only have a 30 day warranty. Please see attached warranty page 71, from the manual. I am willing to go back and check the water fall, just as long as [redacted] is aware that if there is nothing wrong with the tub he will be responsible for a service call fee. There was cursing going on; but that was [redacted] I only repeated back to him his slur, because I don't think he even knew he said it.[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: The tech that came out stated that there was nothing wrong with the tub at all to me.. When I got home and checked it, half of the tub's jets are still not working as I had advised him in my original call about getting the repair under warranty. I called again to tell them that it was not working and the tech tells me I don't know what I am talking about. I advised him that I am an Electrical Contractor for over 30 years and that I am sure that the fact that 1/2 my tub jets don't work is not normal. He proceeded to tell me "[redacted] electrical contractor and once he decided to use cursing we ended the conversation that I would be in contact with the manufacturer and get someone else to service our spa. It is ridiculous that this is the way they speak to their customers.
