I normally do not write a review about anything, however, when I bought my truck from Hot Wheels LLC I have know choice because it was the easiest, fastest car buying experience I have ever had. My salesman was Aage, listened to my needs and concerns around buying my new truck and he was able to some how take away all the stress that comes with buying a car.

I bought a $14000 car from Hot Wheels. I paid $11000 down and have been making payments for over a year. My son and I go out to eat and come outside, my cars gone. After security checks the cameras, they informed me it was a repo. I was outraged. I went to pick up my vehicle 3 days later and all my personal property had been stolen. My cell phone,wallet and money were gone and they broke into my armrest.Fours month the same thieves show up at my home again pretending to be an investigator saying he came to repossess my vehicle again. I was only a month behind. I have a pending lawsuit against these people. The police had to come and make them leave my property.","neg-1

I was sold a [redacted] in February an on July 15, 2015 I was informed @ Oil change shop while rotating my tires that car has a bent frame n rear I took too [redacted] too do a Multi Point Inspection on July 28, 2015 they Found Sub Frame to be Damaged and Poor Body Work , Axle/DriveShaft/Differential concern, I've since then returned the car on July 31, 2015 the Owner was out of town I had to Rent a car from [redacted] I'm still waiting on the Owner call, I was told he would be back on August 8, 2015, I stop making payments as of July 15, 2015 which payment was due every Month on the 15 and 30 that's a total of $680 dollars a monthProduct_Or_Service: [redacted]Desired SettlementI would like a refund I'm now without a vehicle and wasn't made aware of damages to Vehicle before purchase when found out I took pictures and took the car to the Carlot on July 15, 2015 he stated he gone fix everything, left car there when picked car up Monday I drove it for a couple of days then took back to [redacted] in Mphs, on Frayser Blvd, we found that they only replaced Muffler on July 28, 2015 is when took to [redacted] on [redacted] XXXXXBusiness Response Here at Hot Wheels of Memphis we strive for customer satisfaction.
