Revdex.com:There was no effort made by Hot Wok to make me feel better about my negative experience at the restaurant during my visit on 11/2/ In the most recent review there was no response Therefore my issue is NOT resolvedPlease keep my complaint on the record so that other customers can see my experience with Hot Wok--not only how I was treated during my visit to restaurant but also the restaurant's lack of concern and lack of follow-up If this is the way they treat customers, then shame on them Sincerely,

Thank you for your call to let us know what happened to our restaurant. We took a review of that customer who complaints about the samll amount of food which never happened to us before. We always use the same size container that contains full amount of food. Also, the price of menu on some websites post the very old price without our consent, so the customer should to go our main website (www.[redacted].com) in order to have the right price for meal. Anyway, thank for take time to read this letter and we will keep doing good job in future.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is UNSATISFACTORY to me. I have a very large immediate and extended family. We will take our business elsewhere if this restaurant does not want to take any responsibility for issue of price and amount of food.

Review: I order delivery from hot wok at 7:13pm and was told my delivery would arrive at my house in no more than 35 min (exact words) An hour had passed so I called in to the restaurant and was told they had gotten busy and they were leaving to bring my food then. At 8:56pm they knocked on my door (I live 3.5 miles from the business) I signed my reciept and left the driver a tip(only because I didn't think he was at fault) when I opened my food boxes the food was cold so I called the business and started to explain and my sentence was cut off by a very rude owner saying he didn't speak English,which I knew was a lie because I have had full conversations with him in English in the past bacause I had been going there for over 10 years but he only knew me by face I guess at that time he handed the phone off to my delivery driver that was at my house not 7-8 minutes earlier. After 10 or so minutes of being apologized to by him I was unfortunately told it was against the owners policy to give refunds and was offered no other compensation after another few minutes I guess their policy changed and was told my refund would be in a envelope with my name on it by the register. When I was told that he was not refunding me money because I "[redacted]" him the night before. When I asked how I did so he just laughed and told his employee to call security or the cops (which never showed up)followed by putting his finger in my face and kept repeating his very vulgar comment from before while my 5 year old son is by my side. Nothing was settled because I felt at this point with his behavior towards me (and me feeling like I was at the point of not being able to hold my temper anymore) it was in both of our best interest to leave before things got out of hand. The food that was delivered was returned to him with less than one bite taken from one the containers which I took pictures of while on his counter. I do not believe I was treated fairly by any form of customer service standards.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for order.
