following Monday and the payment went through. With our cancellation policy, we usually need 15 days in advance notice to cancel an account After a conversation with Ms. [redacted], we refunded her the payment with no hassle. Her account has been terminated and the issue has been resolved.

My husband called and explained. One of staff, Alicia (or something similar) took a message from me to relay to either Sara or Hilary. I haven't heard anything from them. We all have been dragging this matter since July. Nothing, either we got the free membership for those over-charged months or a full refund didn't happened.  At this point, all communication has been stopped. I am not asking for something that I shouldn't be asking. We have all evidence of emails and phone records that we have been communicating with Sara and Hilary. Please help us to find a solution.
