[redacted] and her husband [redacted] both signed a suspension form authorizing us to keep their membership active while they took a break from our services (both forms are attached to this email) They signed at different times with different customer service representatives They both initialized the section specifically stating they agree to the $10/month fee to maintain their discounted rates and to keep earning loyalty discounts We do not believe we made any errors in handling this situation as it was our standard procedure in suspensions I feel bad for this situation, but do not believe we did anything to warrant it
