Hot Yoga Therapy

Review: I purchased a "float therapy" session for a friend of mine in March of 2013. My friend could not use the session because she said she is claustrophobic. I have been emailing and calling Hot Yoga Therapy now for 3 months trying to get a refund for this. They have not returned a single call or email. There has been NO response at all. I want my $29 back.Desired Settlement: I want the purchase price of 29 returned to me. I paid it directly to Hot Yoga Therapy, and not to groupon. It is in their computer system under the name of Elizabeth Farrell, paid by me, [redacted].
