I am rejecting this response because:they have given me lots of hassle they should told me all this thing begging before I buy terminal from third partyeven after I bought from third party I have called to
heartland payment for what kind of soft ware do you want me download in new terminal because company who sale terminal they offer me download same software heartland used

Review: Our church group booked a charter with Hotard Coaches. The first bus leaving our location had to be switched in Lafayette, La because of the speed odometer not working nor the GPS system was working. The bus was unloaded then reloaded to another bus. That bus door started rattling and shaking a few miles later. The driver tried everything to adjust the door and secure it but the shaking grew worse. We were on a schedule to arrive in Beaumont, Tx and we were afraid we were not going to make it. We first stopped at a Walmart. So, 2 men on our trip bought some rachet strapes and tried to secure the door with strapes. That held for a few more miles but the door seemed to be pulling from the frame and it broke the door handle. Being afraid the entire door was going to fall from the frame onto coming traffic and injuring the people in the front of the bus, they stopped a second time. This time, they purchased more strapes from a Lowes and this time strapped the door from the outside, into the inside handles and rails. Each time we stopped, the men had to untie and retie these strapes.Hotard finally changed out the bus during the night. We had people with high blood pressure problems and diabetics. This caused many problems because we were 2 1/2 hrs late for our engagement and people who needed to eat was unable to do so. Upon our return, Hotard tried to put the blame on the driver, and said they were not responsible for mechanical failures on "their" bus. They felt that because they switched out the bus, that was sufficient. The only thing they were interested in doing was getting us to book another charter and giving us a discount. After the way we were treated with this booking, we did not feel comfortable booking another trip immediately following this ordeal. So,we paid $2,107.00 for a trip that was very hectic and nerve racking to say the least. Not to mention how unsafe it was to be "tied" in the bus. Had there been an emergency, we had to be "untied" and let off the bus.Desired Settlement: This was a church group with youth and we think a cash refund of some kind would have been appropriate. If Hotard Coaches are not responsible for their buses, the people booking charters are just out of luck? I think Hotard should be more responsible for their buses if people are putting their lives on the line by using them.
