Believe company is fraudulent. Purchased blinds from this company. The address associated with this company does not exist.
I had been communicating with someone name Erica from HotBlinds.com. I purchased 4 custom made blinds in the total of $303.60. There was no tax and shipping applied to the order. Once the money was taken from my account, there was no other communication from this company. I tried reaching via email and by phone. I finally found an address associated with this company; 3135 Crossing Drive, Anna, TX XXXXX. After googling this address, I found out there is nothing on that property. It shows a picture of land with dirt. I've tried calling all numbers associated with this website and can never get an answer. Now I'm not getting an email response from the email address; which is [email protected]. This now explains the no tax and free shipping. I went to the website to check on my order (#XXXXXXXXXXX). It has you put your order number and last name in to check status. After trying to do that, nothing come up. I sent an email trying to find out the status of the order and there's been response to my email and no one ever answer the phone. We actually got disconnected from a call. Erica asked if there was a number she return the call to in case we were disconnected. I gave her my work number and wrote the number from the caller ID (214-697-4910). The other supposedly business lines are 903-482-5888 and 1-888-650-6873. When dialing in any of the three phone numbers, they're all the same; stating "You've reached Eric at Hot Blinds, please leave a message and she'll return your call". When googling the 214-697-4910 phone number, it's shows it's a mobile number that belongs to Erica *** (age 40-45) and she lives at 80 Derby Drive, Van Alstyne, Texas XXXXX. Relative is Stephen *** (age 45-50)
