Yes I finally received the remainder of my full refund and I immediately updated the complaint here on your system when that occurredUnfortunately, the product could NOT be installed as the salesman had assured me numerous times that it could be, and I would have had to incur significant additional expense to try and retrofit it, hence the returnThank you for your help
