Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows:
90% if cancelled days prior to the CheDate
10% if cancelled days prior to the CheDate"
When I called to Cancel my Rental for February 23, on October 27, *** sent me an email Stating
" We cancelled your reservation, as per agreement there is a 10% penalty for cancellation that will be taken out of your deposit"
When I called the Hotel to inquire about my refund, on November 07, The Hotel Front Desk would not give me their name and insisted I will not be receiving any more than $ He tried telling me my Rental Agreement
