Corey Transmission Service is a lighthouse in the storm In an industry plagued by questionable practices, Corey is the best I have done business with them for almost forty years, and have always been satisfied Their knowledge is exceptional, their prices are reasonable, their parts inventory is amazing, and they go out of their way to satisfy the customer I wouldn't consider going anywhere else

Corey transmission service is the finest old fashioned business where customer service is paramount. I took a 1940 Packard with transmission problems and Mr. Corey was old enough to treat me like I had journeyed back in time to the local Packard dealer.
His inventory is so vast it boggles the mind. His knowledge is legendary. If he can't solve a transmission problem, no one can.

corey transmission was the best decision ive made for car repair,ive been cheated and mistreated by many auto repair shops. At corey's shop ,they explained all about my car troubles and made no repairs unless I was informed. My car is running great and im very pleased with the performance. Thanks xxxxx and xxxxx !!!!

Review: On begining of march 2014 I used the website [redacted] to make a reservation for a room from [redacted] to [redacted] in New York City for my husband. As my husband barely speaks english, every trip for him I am in charge of planning important issues like hotel, transportation from airport, payment method for services and other things else.

Before confirm my choice over several hotel options at [redacted] , I used message options to make sure that the hotel I was about to choose had agreed my early check in (8-9 am) and late check out (7-8pm) request. As Hotel 309 had accepted, I closed the deal with them.

The message they replied to me was that "We can honour this request, subject to availability on arrival".

After using my credit card for a deposit payment to really confirm the reservation at Booking , I received an welcome email direct from Hotel 309 [redacted]. Immediately I replied to really confirm about early and late check in/out. After this [redacted] replied all my emails.

Before my husband arrival inb NYC I sent an detailed email explaining the amount they had to charge over the credit card I gave to my husband and the amount of money my husband was going to give to them. The first information I asked my husband to make sure was if they were available or not to let him check out late. They again have confirmed in person.

For our surprise , at last day ([redacted] march) my husband was giving an interview for a brazilian magazine about his exhibition at ONU (he is a photographer and that was the porpouse of the trip) and someone from the hotel called him at his mobile to tell that he had to leave the room or pay an extra charge for the late check out.

I immediatelly wrote an email for [redacted] and he never gave an response back. I tried to called over phone several times and nobody answered the phone.

I also contacted [redacted] because of this and a person called [redacted]ave me a support in portuguese and also emailed me telling that they didnt have the right to charge me since they accept our request before.

They used my credit card number to extra charge this late check out without my permission.

For our second terrible surprise, I made a purchase over website [redacted] and the products were delivered on [redacted] march (the last day of my husband at hotel 309). They received the products and didn´t give to my husband (I have the delivery confirmation by UPS with tracking number [redacted] signed by a person called [redacted]).

Since then I´ve been trying hard to have a response from them also about this products cause I have a friend to pick up this at hotel 309 in new york and the only answer this person [redacted] write back is that they are "looking around".Desired Settlement: 1) Refound USD 75,01 extra charged from my credit card at march [redacted]

2) Refound USD 42.28 of my purchase from [redacted]´s delivered to Hotel 309

Review: I have trusted the front desk person with a package ($300 dress) to be delivered to one of their guests who stayed in room 38 and checked out on Saturday 12/**/15.

The guest checked out and the package was never given to him and I have been trying to contact them by phone (messages were left on their voice mail) and by fax and by email. none of my attempts was successful and they never returned any of our calls.

we ask you to intervene and ask them to respond and compensate me for the lost item if they lost it.

Review: I stayed at Hotel 309 over labor day weekend (Sep [redacted]). On the first night we had a Rat in our room and we new this because we could hear it while trying to sleep and when we woke up there was holes in our bag of pretzels. That next morning I brought the bag to the attention on the front desk and they said we will refund you for that night and we will change your room. After the change our stay was fine. When checking out the front desk told me to pay the full payment and then when the manager comes in he will email or call you about the refund. I never received an email. I called many times throughout the next week with no response. I emailed them only to have him respond with him asking for my card info via email to give me back 50$. I don't want to send my card info (which they should already have) to a random email address. I think Hotel 309 owes me at least 100$ for a horrible first night. they have yet to pay me back anything! I have continued to call with no answer! this is ridiculous. I just want to be made whole with 100$ back on my Debit card.Desired Settlement: I believe Hotel 309 should pay me 100$ for a Rat in my room for the first night I stayed there.
