Hotel refuse to give a refund due to the Hotel canceling an event in April because of the State’s COVID Mandate for Hotels. Event was rescheduled and Hotel called an stated the event would have to be canceled again because of Covid and they could not accommodate the event. The hotel canceled the event because they could not accommodate the event, but refuses to refund the deposit as if the consumer was the one who could not commit to the contract.
Thank you for alerting us to this urgent matter. This has been taken to upper management for the deposit in full to be refunded. Please allow two week for this to be processed.
