At the very first time a customer tries to ask about the project ( just begin to ask) they get very defensiveI was once told that I had to wait until they had an available contractor to work on my pool because they were working on other poolsRarely answered emails unless it's time for $$
Wich they kept on making mistakes ( over charging us) finally the last invoice was also wrong and after taking their time to correct this without an apology by email or phone call they fixed it but decided to go ahead and charge my card without my consent / authorized signature
What do I get? The honors of receiving an email on this matter but an offensive one telling me that he( ***) could just lete have the miserable $$"
