I am responding to our customer [redacted] complaint # [redacted] entitled "Service Issues" I contacted [redacted] today with regard to her complaint Please understand that we not only ordered and delivered two different living room sectionals to her home, but the most recent one was special ordered by her according to her own measurements However, what she would like to have, would not fit in her room the way she expected and now regrets her purchase again Any "Service Issues" are the result of her own choices Regardless, in an effort to satisfy our customer, I asked her to come in to the store to select another set She understands and agreed to pay any additional charges according to our company policies I hope to resolve this matter to her satisfactionThank You, Jeffrey K [redacted] Fulton Stores
We did respond immediately to *** *** assertion that the refund check, which we gladly issued, #*** for $on April **,2016, promptly after his request for a refund, was never "bounced" or returned by our bank for insufficient funds, In fact, we have no record of any bounced checks
for insufficient funds during this or any other period I am aware of We asked MrPollard to provide proof of such a non payment which we would investigateNo one ever responded to our request We did whatever our customer requested promptly and cordially and consider the matter closed
