Hotel Fullerton

Review: Honestly I do not even know where to begin. There are so many problems I had with this hotel that to condense them onto the page Is nearly almost impossible. From before checking in they false advertised who they were. They said they were the [redacted] Hotel and they were in fact the Hotel Fullerton. When I asked them about it they said they were to become the [redacted] in three months, Which is hardly the same thing as being the [redacted] at that same time. I let that Slide because that was minimal compared to all the other things yet to come. Before checking in I called to see if I can get an early check-in. I was told to call back in a couple hours because they didn't know if they had any rooms ready yet. I called back around noon and that's when they said to come in. I waited until two to come in to make sure that they had ample enough time. When I got there at 2:30 I was greeted by a girl That literally had about as much training As my six month old in diapers. She continued to tell me that early check-in's were not guaranteed ,which I told her I had called before hand. I also pointed out regardless of the early check-in it was check in time at 3 o'clock. However I called and they told me to come at 12 o'clock noon so since I didn't call I think it should be guaranteed otherwise what is the point of calling and guaranteeing it? Finally she fails to tell us that there's two sides of a building with the same room numbers so we walk with all our luggage to the wrong side go to the wrong floor and that's just not even the point to this but it was horrible customer service okay let me just tell you that. Then to top it off the keys don't work to The room. Once we are checked in There's a lamp on the table inside the room It's an unsteady lamp and it falls on top of me twice while we are in the room which I almost have to go to the hospital. I should have gone to the hospital however I did not.then everytime I went outside at night I literally feared for my life.Desired Settlement: I would like some sort of compensation I am not sure what however
