We had evaluated the situation and we have compensate the guest accordingly.When guest are so unsatisfied with his/her stay in this hotel and brought to our attention, we always offer other options as upgrades in the same hotel and / or sister properties, discounts or let out of reservations without penalty.In this case complaints where not filed properly or we have no record of guest complaining at allEven though we have honor the guest with one night free
