Complainant *** * *** claims we told him that no street parking was allowedThat is absurd, when you arrive to the hotel you pass hundreds of cars parked on the street plus all of our employees whom drive to work park on neighboring streetsHe used our valet parking service overnight and
feels it was too expensive and after the fact doesn't want to payThe *** website does state that valet parking is available for a surchargeWe explain the price in advance and then the guest provides a credit card or cash to pay for the serviceIf they decide not to use are valet parking services they are free to look for a parking spot on the neighboring streets as most Brooklyn residents doIn *** ***'s email to me he stated the following " I am just a college studentMy mom, however, is a seasoned traveler and will contact the Revdex.com for a more satisfactory resolution to this"Sorry I don't appreciate threats to get money back for a service consumedMy decision stands as isNo refund will be given

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]Even though there were many cars parked on the street, the woman at the Hotel desk stated that valet parking was our only parking option. Not being from the area, I believed what she said to be true. However, after speaking to my mom, who was from the are, she told me that valet parking should not have been the only option. After the fact< I felt that contacting the [redacted] would be the best option, as the hotel clerk was just doing her job, whihc was to sell more services to me, the consumer.

Review: I checked in to the hotel on Sat March ** and checked out 3/**. The Hotels website , as posted by [redacted], did not mention additional fee of $25 to park. When I checked in , the clerk told me that there was NO parking on the street. This contradicted what my mom, who grew up in the neighborhood said. I questioned it but was told that Valet parking was my only option. When I got home I told my mom, who agreed that I was ripped off. When I questioned the [redacted] via email, he said that the valet parking garage was optional, but that was not what I was told after I questioned it.Desired Settlement: I would like the entire amount $27.22 (25 plus tax) returned,as I feel I was misled. I would have looked for street parking if that option were explained to me.
