Review: I reserved a hotel room and was charged a $19.90 fee by Hotel Hotline and was never reinburst for it. The fee was applied to my room charge and I'm not sure how that got charged separately. I want my money back, if I knew this was going to happen I would've never use your website.Desired Settlement: Not charge website fees for people who use this website to save money.
