Hotel Indigo charged my credit card for a parking fee that was not associated with my room While the parking charge was run on my credit card on November 26, 2017, I did not learn about this until August of this year when I saw the hotel invoice for the first time The hotel had never e-mailed me the invoice showing the parking charge upon my departure or through e-mail I only found out about the parking charge in August 2017, when I installed IHG hotel group app on my iPhone On or about August 24, 2017, I spoke to [redacted] of Hotel Indigo, who asked me if I owned a Toyota truck, and I said no She said the hotel would issue a refund, stating that it was the valet parking company's error in charging the parking fee to my room She promised me a refund She then contacted me by e-mail and stated that she could not yet refund the parking because she needed the expiration date for my credit card I provided it to her, but I did not get a refund I contacted the hote

I stayed for one night at this hotel on 11/They had a promotion where if you took their online survey, they would give you a $*** gift cardI took the survey and submitted it from my smartphone in their lobby on 11/prior to check outThe survey required you to use and provide feedback on a customer kiosk in the lobby - I used it and provided feedback when I submitted the survey onlineThey have not provided the gift cardI have called and emailed and I keep getting delays and excusesI have had email or phone contact with these company representatives of the hotel - *** *** (Brand design manager), *** *** (Assistant Front office manager), *** *** (Guest Service Agent)I also left a message for the hotel manager, which was never returned

I was traveling to San Diego because I have a family member that was receiving treatment for stage cancerI reserved room with a night stay at Hotel Indigo from 3/20/2018-3/22/totaling $I was called by the hospital on 3/19/and told that my cousin passed away earlier that morningI have the documentation to prove itI called to cancel my hotel stay and was told that they would not be refunding me for the nightsI am disputing this because it was beyond my controlThe customer service with this hotel is very poor as you can tell from the ratings on Revdex.comI would like my money refunded back to meI am able to submit any documentation needed as proof of the date and time my cousin passed awayThis was the sole purpose of my trip was to visit himThe reps were not sympathetic at all about my situation
