Hotel Inter-Continental New Orleans

Review: I checked into the InterContinental New Orleans on Friday 5th of February, 2016.

Upon arrival, there was no shower curtain in the restroom. I called and requested a shower curtain, after 3 hours a shower curtain was brought up by housekeeping. I showered, went to a Mardi Gras ball and arrived back at the room around 4am. I ordered room service and the order was wrong ! I complained and was told someone would bring the correct order up, no one brought up the correct food order. However, I was charged full price for the food order. I proceeded to try and sleep before check out, I pulled back my sheets and saw that my bed sheets were stained. I took pictures and called the front desk. I spoke wit the manager on duty (Ronnell [redacted]) and was told they couldnt change my room and that he couldnt refund my stay. I was offered complimentary breakfast.

I expect to be refunded 100% of all charges associated with my stay on Feb. 05, 2016 Also, I've stayed with this hotel many many times and as a loyal customer I also expect a complimentary stay to make up for that horrific night.
