Review: On April 19.2014 my wife and my two Kids we stay in M HOTEL MENAGE in Anaheim Ca

When we arrived to the Room the bed was dirty condoms on the floor right next to the bed no towel bathroom dirty. There is one dirty towel was on the bathroom floor. At 2 am someone come and gives us 2 towels and two shampoos. I ask the Person to clean up the room she said first thing in the morning and that not her Job. I told her let the Manager

contact me please never happen. My wife and my two kids total 4 people we got two shampoo and two towels.

I contact the manager he said sorry for what happened and he’s not going to charge my credit card also he want me to try the hotel again. He’s going to give me the best room they have for two nights in the hotel with no charge Never happen, back on may 2014 I called and spoke to [redacted] he called himself Manager at the Hotel. Again he sorry for

what happen, [redacted] said to me he’s going to mail me something. He wants me to wait for his mail He asked me two times for my mailing address never happen. On July 2014 same promises for nothing, on September I called spoke to another manger her Name [redacted] after we talk she put me on hold to contact [redacted] back on phone told me [redacted] he don’t know what I’m talking about never spoke to me before

and never Promise me anything. [redacted] said to me that if I’m not happy I don’t have to go there no more and she asked me what country I’m from. I said to her what deference that will make where I’m from’ she told me sorry nothing we can do for you.

Unprofessional managers and bad services.Desired Settlement: First [redacted] need to go back to school to learn how to treat and stop lying to the hotel Customers second miss [redacted] she need to stop discriminate the hotel customers. Also I need my money back $174.26 and $10,000.00 failure to reply to this notice will result placing of your

Hotel M HOTEL MENACE with instructions to start legal proceedings.
