We called Jim's heating and cooling on a Friday and they sent a technician out MondayHe was minutes lateThe technician did not seem knowledgeableHe tried several things and finally got it runningHe left wasn't even an hour and it had quit working againWe called back they said they would come out but would probably need a new motorHe came out and tracked mud through my house down the stairsHe got it back on changing a switch or something saying water was kicking the switch offHe said he fixed it and leftAgain it shut off and wouldn't workWe called back again and they said they were too busy and we should call someone elseThey had spent hours there.why? Because the tech didn't know what he was doing! Very rude as we paid him for service call in which they did nothing and then wouldn't come backCalled A-came out same day figured out the problem and fixed it quickly! Yep about minutes! Jim does not have competent techniciansJim is rude as well! Stay away from them!

Review: I was terminated from Hotel Metro on August 2, 2014. During my time there, I was issued a company cell phone and because of the nature of my job position as Restaurant Manager it was required of me to carry it with me at all times. However, many of my employees would contact me on my personal cell phone to text so I had all of the calls forwarded from the company cell phone to my personal cell phone. Since being wrongfully terminated, I have received several calls from Hotel Metro employees, vendors and other persons trying to get in touch with Hotel Metro employees. I have asked the Director of Operations [redacted] to figure out how to unforward these calls. He refused to take my calls so I called the Managing Partner [redacted] who only met me with contempt and tried to condescendingly hush me. I had never taken legal action against them but would be willing to if this harassment does not stop.Desired Settlement: If someone could please instruct them on how to search the internet on how to unforward calls that would be great. That's how I learned how to forward them in the first place. I would really not like to hear from them ever again.

Review: I searched for hotels to stay at in Milwaukee in an attempt to got to the music festival there. I do not remember making a reservation and was not sent an email saying

I made one. Late last night however I was sent a confirmation email saying that I had a reservation at this hotel tonight. I called to see about canceling it but was told I had to do so more than 24 hours in advance. This would have been hard because I never got an email confirmation until within the 24 hours. I then asked to speak to the hotel manager to enlighten him on the holes in their system and was told he would not talk to me. I have never heard of a manager being unwilling to speak with a paying customer.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for the night they are charging me for. I would also like them to change their email confirmations to go out at the time of the reservation like every other hotel I have stayed at. I would also like to have a conversation with the manager about why he would not talk to me.

Dear Mrs. [redacted],We are sorry you are upset about the way we handled your reservation, but let's make certain things clear. When you stated you did not remember making a reservation, I would like to remind you that you made the reservation on March 29th at 2:34pm on the Hotel Metro website. At which point, you also submitted your credit card to reserve the room and also received confirmation.As a courtesy, on July 2nd at 7:27pm, we sent you a reminder/confirmation via email. At 8:40am, July 3rd you called our front desk and claimed you never made a reservation and threatened our staff with hourly phone calls, social media postings, etc.Because we are nice people, we chose to cancel your reservation despite the fact that it violated our 24-hour Cancellation Policy. The reason you never spoke to me was because our Front Desk Manager handled it within minutes. The cancellation was done at 8:47am which was three minutes after your phone call. We also sent you the cancellation notification. I also want to remind you that your credit card was never charged! Despite of our kind response to you within minutes, you chose to post a number of angry and misleading reviews online.We, at Hotel Metro, take pride in professional and honest service.
