The staff gave someone who was not on my reservation and was there to confront me a key to my room with a map to get there. I was scared and luckily was able to diffuse the situation before anything happened. I then could not sleep that night knowing that all it took was for someone to know my name to get a key to my room. I complained after I got this person to leave and all the staff did was give me an insincere apology and a $6 breakfast.
On top of this, the towels had hair woven in them and there was hair in the bathtub and the sink was dirty. I didn't complain about that since they did nothing for giving a key to my room to someone not on my reservation.

Refund I want a refund for my total 2 night stay and the staff working should be fired as well.
This guest had a reservation made through booking.com from 02/08 to 02/10/2020.
She called the hotel several times prior to her arrival date to ask for cancellation and she was not very courteous.When she arrived in the hotel, she complaint about the security deposit and the front desk agent.
She never complained to the front desk about dirty towels or conditions in the room, otherwise we could offer to move her to a different room or request a deep cleaning on her room.
She just complained about it after she left the property asking for a refund.

If I had complained about the security deposit when I got there (which I didn't at all, I didn't have a deposit) that's not a response to the most important aspect of this complaint, the fact that they gave a key to my hotel room to someone who's not on my reservation. Never responded to any of my emails or calls. No remorse, didn't care and obviously still doesn't. The hotel should not be in business. Period.
