Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I was never told about a "no-refund policy" until after I saw that the accomodations were unacceptable and asked for a refundThis occured within seconds of seeing the roomThere was never any luggage brought into the hotel whatsoever and reject the statement by the hotel that we were "physically checked into the room"I literally turned around & went directly back to the front desk to request a refund and was deniedThe entirety of the events would have taken less than three minutes had they simply granted the refund as requestedThis is abhorrent behaviour by a business that cannot be allowed Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]

The guest was verbally told of the hotel's cancelation policy at time of reservation.? The guest was physically checked into the room? and had their pets in the room that is why they did not receive a refund as? we had to treat the room as guest check-out.?
