We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Preston. Very nice staff, that gave us awesome service, Elaine, Melvin, Lienert, James and Carla were fabulous. We got a great room and everything was clean and comfortable in our room. Were extremely happy. Only drawbacks we had were when we checked in we were not told that there was breakfast served at the facility, so we took an Uber to the store to get stuff for breakfasts, including buying a toaster that we needed to use. We were told the 2nd morning, by Melvin, the Manager that there was breakfast available and that guest could get coupons, for flex breakfast, at N/C, or coupon for $11 off breakfast menu prices. I wish we would have been told this at check in as would have saved me quite a bit of money. The other issue was they did have shuttle service back and forth from the hotel to airport, however it only ran until 3:00pm M-F, and did not run on the weekends, at all. But otherwise we loved it there and plan to return next month, the middle of October.

I had to google the number to call then they transferred me to a voicemail instead of roomservice! I came from Japan so that wasn't as easy as it sounds since I have an international phone number! I told them my issues and they moved us to another room

The poor service that my family and I received was just unacceptableAfter making and paying for the room before coming to this hotel On 7/8/made a reservation through HotwireAfter traveling from StLouis mothe entire way to the hotel it was raining and stormingAfter getting to the hotel tired and restless the hotel insist they had no reservation for usI should the lady the confirmation number and the receipt showing the room was paid for they insisted that they didn't have a reservationSo they told me that they had to contact HotwireWe stayed downstairs for over an hour waiting on them to confirm after getting that wrapped up the lady then said she didn't know what kind of room to give usSo went through a long wait to figure that outAfter that she got the license and was scrunizing thatFinally we was able to go upstairs only to see the television wasn't working and aomeone had to come up to handle that issueNow imnoverwhelmed and extremely upsetAt no time

The hotel has bed bugsI stayed there 8/17-8/& received several bites from bed bugs at the hotelThey did fully refund me, but it took daysThe management didn't even call me until the day after I made the complaintI even went into the hotel to talk to someone & got no response

BED BUGS BED BUGS BED BUGS!!!!!!!! I paid for rooms for a trip with my churchThe front desk reps were very kind upon arrivalSeveral hours after settling into of our rooms, we discover one had a leaking air unit which soiled our shoes while we were outAnd in another room a young lady was greeted by bed bugs in the middle of the night!!!!! She was so disgusted and afraid that she stayed in the lobby until checkoutShe had bites up and down her armWe left on a Saturday requesting a refund and for our info to be forwarded to the general manager, which we didn't hear from until WednesdayAfter the young ladies asked to be reimbursed for their clothing that they discarded and ER co pay $because by Wednesday the bites were heavily irritated! The General Manager stated that we were taking advantage of the company and challenged the survey submittedAt that point we reached out to legal representationPlease check your mattresses and covers before you lay in these bedsManagement confirmed there was "light bed bug activity"Never want to see this place again:
